          Pick Up Instructions:

          Pick-up hours Monday-Saturday from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. All pick-ups are at Garrison’s Distribution Center at 325 Ehrman Way in Medford.

          To pick up your furniture/mattress please call 541-830-1110 at least 1 hour ahead of your desired time. Please note all item(s) will be in their original packing to ensure safe transportation! Garrison’s team members can help you load your item(s), but cannot secure them for you. Please remember to bring tie-downs, straps, and packing blankets to help get your new furniture home safely.

          Delivery Standards/Details

          Purchased Red Carpet Delivery Service? Expect the following:

          1.

          You will receive a call or text message to schedule your actual delivery day when your order has arrived. PLEASE NOTE: Garrison’s delivers between the hours of 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM, your STOP number will be assigned to you on the morning of your delivery. To maintain a high level of service and minimize our carbon footprint, we route for maximum efficiency and are therefore not able to guarantee specific times.

          2.

          On the day of your delivery, after 9:00 AM, you will be able to use the link below to track your estimated delivery time. Your delivery team will also give you a courtesy call when we are headed your way! Please have the room/space ready for us to place your new furniture or mattress. We will make sure everything is set up and functioning as it should before we leave your home.

          Please refer to your sales order for the estimated time of arrival (ETA) at our Distribution Center. If your order exceeds the quoted ETA, please connect with a team member via text chat or reach out to your sales associate.
